The Mytouch is Not the new g2. The release date is yet to be revealed. it is being kept very secret but I do know that it will feature 2 cameras, one in front for basic video and photo and one facing for VIDEO CHATTING!!!
Your right its not fake .. its just crap with no qwerty board … i’ll not be trading in my G1 for that crap. Though the verision droid seems like a worthy upgrade even has a dual flash in the camera. Wow what a letdown from t-mobile, very disappointing and not worth buying IMO.

I was thinking about replacing my G1 for a Mytouch until I found out they took out the external keyboard cuz the on screen keyboard sucks on Android.

FAKE! These are old concept images nothing new there… the g2 WILL have a qwerty … a web phone without a qwerty is useless.
the G2 doesnt come out till 2010. Thats not it!!!! i talked to T-Mobile today. So yeah thats not it!

Dont hate on it caz u dont like the g1, try it out first bfor u start talking about it. You try it, dont like it, then return it and thats all it takes. Everyone have there own likings to things
GOOGLE phone is a good concept but still very very weak! Why even introduce the phone when you can’t match your competition or even better surpass your competition! Create something strong and reliable. Phones these days look as if they will just crumble in your hands way toooooooooo delicate! Wakey Wakey GOOGLE!!!
Google phone is just plain CRAP. Why go through all that to make a phone and leave so much out! Want more meaningful features that actually work! I had the G1 was excited for a little while but i had to get rid of it FAST so gave back to T-Mobile as the battery life SUCKED like HELL!!! Screen quaility was fuzzy and nah GOOGLE you got too much money so fucking do something with it or leave it to the PRO’S!!!

The ChroMo G2 is going to be better,u should look it up in google..
im currently android myself, loving the open source, but I still want my WM, I did some much with my wing the first time around I’m excited at the potential
The wing 2 is running windows mobile… i used to like WM but after having shadow i dont know if i could use another phone with windows mobile.. im all out android…Open source all the way..
I hope my touch is not the next G1…..
It looks more like slim version of G1 with no big improvements….

there will be a mytouch coming out too but i think that will be the g2. hopefully not. i dont like it
